CONFIDENCE

LADIES, LADIES! Want to look more attractive?

Hey girl, are you giving off the right  image to get those boy's attention? Below are some tips that will make people do a double take on you. Of course, in a positive way.

Symmetry

Symmetry indicates good health and the more symmetrical your face, the more attractive you are known to be. To get a more symetrical look, you can get your eyebrows shaped regularly by a professional and use makeup to contour shape and balance into your face.

Project the right image

You mat not be doing quite well lately, but do not forget to give off an image to everyone that  you are successful. This will definitely boost your sex appeal. As others want to associate with those who are doing well and who have got their life together. Thus it is important to portray the correct image of yourself. Try dressing smartly, improving your body posture and keeping up with current affairs.

Wear makeup

Men are more attracted to women who wear a full face of makeup compared to those women who wear none. Interestingly, the study also found that men like it when women wear eye makeup and foundation, yet according to the study’s findings men did not consider lipstick to enhance the beauty of a woman.

Party trick

If you want to be more attractive you need to get noticed with a party trick. Doing something that makes you seem skilled and fun will. If you can make great cocktails or dance really well, for example, these party tricks will get you noticed and people will be drawn to you.

Hips and waists

Study indicates that hips and waists play an important role in the way we perceive others, so if you want to boost your sex appeal you need to ensure you have either very feminine or masculine hips and waists.
To achieve this, women can wear pencil skirts and belts that emphasize their waists. Men can make sure they get to the gym and lose any excess fat or padding around this area.

Look healthy

Looking healthy and fit does help to make you more attractive. You can stay healthy and fit by making small changes. For example, always eating breakfast helps you to boost your metabolic rate by 10 per cent, and will help you resist overeating later on. Small changes like this go a long way.

Don’t moan

One of the easiest ways to be more attractive is to simply stop moaning. If you meet new people and whine and complain about your mother, or your job, or your boss, you will instantly seem less appealing. People want to be with others who make them feel good. Just limit the moaning if you find that most of what you say is negative.

De-stress

Stress makes us snappy, unhealthy and has all sorts of negative effects on the way we look. . In order to unwind and combat stress you need to tackle those big issues that are causing you anxiety. Face your issues head on and take on extra support if you are struggling to overcome your problems.

Give up

These days people are turned off by people who smoke. It makes you smell bad, taste bad, and smoking also makes you age prematurely. To boost your sex appeal and save your health, kick the habit and give up cigarettes.

Stop being a princess

By constantly checking your hair, reapplying your makeup or looking at yourself in every single mirror you pass, you will seem self-absorbed, shallow and unattractive. If you struggle to overcome your vain ways, work on your self-esteem. You might find that your obsession with your looks is a result of poor confidence.

STRESS

UNWIND YOURSELVES

Finding it hard to relax during tough time? Fortunately, there are many ways to make relaxation a part of your everyday life.
Try tryptophan
Foods containing tryptophan, an essential amino acid, are great to stock up on when you need to calm down or unwind. The nutrient helps to raise serotonin levels which can elevate your mood, which can help induce sleep. Good tryptophan-rich foods include nuts, cheese, turkey, chicken and soybeans.

Get active
If you are feeling stressed out, one of the best things you can do is go for a run or hit the gym. Exercise is great for releasing mood-boosting chemicals such as endorphins and anandamine, which can help to lower anxiety and increase mental wellbeing. As well as having a great effect on your mood and stress levels, exercise is also good for taking your mind off problems and helping to induce sleep.

Take deep breathes
If you are short on time, one of the quickest ways to relax is to take a few deep breaths. Anxiety can cause people to breathe more rapidly than normal and taking deep, slow breaths can be an effective aid to relaxation.

Listening to music
Many of us are aware that listening to our favourite music puts us in a good mood, and studies have now found that music is also good for reducing stress. It is best to go with your individual taste and choose whatever type of music boosts your mood.

Chocolate
Good news for many is that chocolate - one of the world's most popular comfort foods - is also a great calming food. Chocolate  can help relaxation and can help you to experience a feeling of peace.

Have a hug
Having a good old cuddle is great for reducing stress. Having physical contact has been found to putting us in a more relaxed frame of mind. Human affection is not the only type that counts, however, as owning a pet has also been linked to lowered stress levels, meaning that playing with your pet could be a great way to wind down after work

Pamper yourself
One of the best - and most luxurious - ways to unwind is to treat yourself to a spot of pampering. If your budget extends to it, you could have somebody else pamper you by heading to a health spa or beauty salon for a massage, facial or beauty treatment of your choice. Alternatively, you could indulge in a bit of DIY pampering by running yourself a bath, lighting some candles and lying back with a relaxing facemask and some calming music.

Have a laugh
Laughter is well-known for its therapeutic effects, boost their health and mood. . If you are serious about your relaxation, you could consider attending a laughter class, but chilling out with a funny DVD, book or friend is an equally great option to help you relax.

Try aromatherapy
To really make the most of your senses, turn your home into a relaxing sanctuary with a scented candle or some relaxing essential oils. Some good essential oils for relaxation include camomile, lavender, neroli, bergamot and ylang ylang. Use these oils to aid relaxation by adding a couple of drops to a bath, burning in an oil burner, or adding (sparingly) to water to use as a room spray or skin spritzer.

Better early than later

BREAST CANCER

When it comes to breast cancer, there are some patients under the age of 40 who are diagnosed with breast cancer. Of course, there are certain immutable factors like genetics, getting older, or just being born female, determine your risk. But still, experts say there is a lot you can do to protect yourself, from getting your mammograms on time to finding your ideal weight and sticking to it.
Here are some tips to prevent breast cancer.

Get a mammogram
starting at 40 -   you can detect any early signs before symptoms occur.

Keep your weight in check, and eat a healthy, mostly plant-based diet
Choose vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fiber. High-fat diets can lead to being overweight or obese, which is a risk factor for breast cancer.

Exercise
Women who exercise for 10 to 19 hours each week saw a 30 percent reduced risk of developing breast cancer. Women who exercise regularly appear to be less likely to develop breast cancer. Cancer survivors who are active may have less risk of cancer recurrence compared to those who are more sedentary.

Limit alcohol
The more alcohol you drink, the greater your risk of developing breast cancer, If you do opt for booze, limit yourself to no more than one half to one drink a day on average.

Know your family history
If you have a history of breast cancer in your family, get a genetic test to determine whether or not you have BRCA1 or 2 mutation, the so-called 'breast cancer genes.' Between 20 and 30 percent of those who develop the disease have a family history of breast cancer. 'If a woman is found to have a gene mutation, options are available to significantly reduce their risk of cancer.

Keeping a promise to yourself

NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION

The perfect time for creating Resolutions is the start of the new year . It is a great opportunity to turn a new page, have a fresh start and to turn a new page. Definitely resolutions are much more easier said than done. Like most of us do, most, close to all of us have abandoned our resolution and return back to our old patterns.

Here are some ways of keeping your words to yourself!

1. Choose a Specific, Realistic Goal

Every year, millions resolve to "lose weight" or "get in shape" during the next year. Instead of selecting such an ambiguous goal, focus on something more concrete that you can realistically set your sights on. For example, you mights commit to losing 10 pounds or running a mini-marathon. Choosing a concrete, achievable goal also gives you the opportunity to plan exactly how you are going to achieve your goal over the course of the year.

2. Pick Just One Resolution

You should pick just one and focus your energies on it rather than spreading yourself too thin among a number of different objectives.

Planning is an essential part of achieving any goal. You should spend some time planning out how you will tackle a major behavior change. You can start by writing down your goal, making a list of things you might do to achieve that goal and noting any obstacles that might stand in your way.

3. Start With Small Steps

Taking on too much is a common reason why so many New Year's Resolutions fail. Dramatically slashing calories, over-doing it at the gym or radically altering your normal behavior are sure-fire ways to derail your plans. Instead, focus on taking tiny steps that will ultimately help you reach your larger goal.

If you've resolved to run a marathon, start out by going for a jog two or three times a week. If you are trying to eat healthier, you can begin with replacing some of your favorite junk foods with food which are more nutritious

4. Avoid Repeating Past Failures

Another strategy for keeping your New Year's Resolution is to not make the exact same resolution year after year. Ask yourselves, What have prevented you from keeping your resolution in past years? By changing your approach, you will be more likely to see real results this year.

.

5. Remember That Change Is a Process

Those unhealthy habits that you are trying to change probably took years to develop, so how can you expect to change them in just a matter or days, weeks or months? It may take longer than you would like to achieve your goals, but remember that this is not a race to the finish.

.

6. Don't Let Small Stumbles Bring You Down

Encountering a setback is one of the most common reasons why people give up on their New Year's Resolutions. If you suddenly relapse into a bad habit, don't view it as a failure. The path toward your goal is not a straight one, and there are always going to be challenges. Instead, view relapses as learning opportunities.

If you will, write down important information about when the relapse occurred and what might have triggered it. By understanding the challenges you face, you will be better prepared to deal with them in the future

.

7. Get Support from Your Friends and Family

Yes, the buddy system actually works. Having aconcrete support system can help you stay motivated. you could enlist the help of others by joining a group that shares your goal.

8. Keep Working on Your Goals

After dealing with the reality of dragging yourself to the gym at 6 A.M. or gritting your teeth through headaches brought on by nicotine withdrawal, your motivation to keep your New Year's Resolution will probably start to dwindle. When you face such moments, remind yourself of exactly why you are doing this. What do you have to gain by achieving your goal? Find sources of inspiration that will keep you going when times get tough.

Consider keeping a resolution journal, where you can write about your successes and struggles. Write down the reasons why you are working toward your goal so that you can refer to them during times when you feel uninspired and unmotivated. By sticking with it and working on your goal all year long, you can be one of the few able to say that you really did keep your New Year's Resolution.
