Here are the steps you should adopt in your beauty ritual for the best benefits to be achieved for your skin.

HOW TO USE YOUR CLEANSER.

Step 1. Lather cleanser with a little water.

Step 2. Apply it to your skin by gently placing your palms on the side of the face by the sides of your nose and then lifting them. Repeat the move as you place your hands further away from your nose until you reach the ears. Place your palms on your neck in similar moves.

It is important to remove traces of make-up and sunscreen from your neck as well because the skin is delicate and sensitive. Wrinkles may appear more quickly if you don't take care of it.

This application method is better than spreading the cleanser around the face with your fingers right away because it gives the product time to dissolve surface impurities.

Step 3. Clean your face by using a small circular motions with you fingers, moving from the forehead down to the jawline. Massage the sides of your neck in circular motions down to the collarbone. Repeat this process five to six times. 

The circular motions helps relieve water retention and drain your toxins through the lymph nodes.

Step 4. Gently press both your palms on the face by the sides of your nose, then lift them off the skin quickly. Repeat the move - from the sides of your nose to the ears - seven times.

This is called the 'suction method' , which helps to remove impurities trapped in the pores, this method works best thick emulsion or milky-textured cleansers.

Step 5. Perform the 'suction method' on your neck,from the jawline to the collar bone. Repeat five times.

Step 6. Rinse face well.

HOW TO APPLY SKINCARE PRODUCTS SUCH AS SERUMS AND MOISTURISERS.

Step 1. Warn product between your hands.

Step 2. Apply the product on your face and neck as you would with the cleanser ( See the above step 2 ).

Step 3. Gently press the product into your cheeks with the entire length of your fingers and lift your hands off the face. Dragging and rubbing motions will cause fine wrinkles and lines to appear on the skin. the pressure and warmth of your hands will also help the product to penetrate deeper.

Repeat the step and work outwards to the ears.

Step 4. Repeat the moves on the upper part of your face. Cover your eyes with your palm and gently press the product into your forehead with the fingers. Work outwards to your ears. wrap your entire hand on your jawline in the same moves and work down your neck to the collarbone.
